Some different names

A good chance this week to highlight some of the performances of the less frequently mentioned Nymac runners. 12 members turned out at Albert Park with Barry Dunne inching to one run his 300 runs, Gavin Struthers and John Angus also ran there. Still in the Struthers family, Kirsty was first woman home at Flatts Lane which, with 15 members turning out, is now the Club's favourite event. At Stewart Park, Paul Bainbridge ran his 100th Parkrun while Dean Law and Paul Reed turned out at the other local event in Redcar.
Closer to home tourists were Martin Clements at Hackworth and Geraldine Crawford at Roundhay while, inevitably, Gareth Wilso notched up another new event at Selby and David Burkhart ran his first at Letchworth. I got to savour the Crab & Winkle Way at Canterbury.
