Another busy weekend for NYMAC runners with members attending 8 different events across the North of England – Albert & Stewarts Parks, York, Durham , Sedgefield , Redcar, Darlington & Penrith. Maybe some people were saving themselves for the Abbey Dash as a lower number than usual, 23, went out and ran.
