The Saturday before Christmas and 23 NYMAC members decided to put their Parkrun before their shopping. In a quieter week for tourism , the long distance honour went to David and Viv Murphy who ran at Tonbridge in Kent. Members ran at 4 other venues – Albert & Stewart Park, Darlington and York.
