There were a good half dozen pbs from Nymac members on Saturday, showing the benefits of good training. Paul Wildmore and Jack Hustwitt both delivered their best times at Albert Park along with one other runner who specifically asked me not to mention his name this week so he's missed out. It was Jack's second pb in successive weeks, this was topped by Josie Lefevre's third in her last three events at Stewart Park where Nick Smith shaved 2 seconds off his best result. Finally, Rob Poynter, still on a great run , took a massive 48 seconds off his best time at Darlington.
This week's long distance runners were Phil Hughes Narborough on the South Coast at Chichester, David Claybrook on the flatlands of March and closer to home William and Sharon Gayter who ticked Dalby Forest off their to do list.
