Top five ranking for Carolyn!
NYMAC runners were very thin on the ground at the first of the seasons NYSD meeting at Middlesbrough Sports Village with the club only fielding one participant, Carolyn Gale. It was a pleasant sunny evening at the village if a little chilly, perfect conditions and packed fields in most events. Carolyn ran in the 1500 metres in an outstanding time of 7 minutes 7 seconds, securing a national top five ranking for age. Well done Carolyn. Great example for all of us. Next meeting is at the sports village on the 23rd of April. Make an effort!
