If anyone fancies running a Half Marathon on the Outer Hebridean Island of Barra, this is your chance. It's the best day's racing I've ever had – a run around the island with the Atlantic on one side, then a superb buffet and finally, a Ceilidh with one of Scotland's top dance bands. The race itself will start at 10h40 on Saturday, July 1st. Registration opens on Tuesday, January 31st at 19h30 and all 250 places will probably be gone within 30 minutes.
