On a weekend when 68 Nymac members turned out at Parkruns taking the Club’s total to 8378 runs, there were 5 first places and a pb to celebrate. Phil Jarvis was first home at the Club Championship event in Sedgefield where’d 14 members took part.Josh Abrook and Harry Potter were first men home at Hartlepool and Flatts Lane respectively while Kirsty Struthers was first female at Flatts Lane. At Tees Barrage, the Club filled the first three male places for Matt Carling, Jeff Belt and Greg Hart while Chris Ward set a new pb at Albert Park.
Among the tourists, Gareth Wilson visited the event where Parkrun began, Bushy, and was one of 1527 participants. Iain Hall continued his trawl through Yorkshire at Sheffield Hallam while Philip Coleman savoured the joys of Wales at Penrhyn. All were in the shade of Ian Latimer who took second place at Weedon Island Reserve in Florida.
