Great days racing from the club today. 41 club members ran.
First home today was Richie Fawcett with a course pb. 2nd with a good run and claiming 1st M40 was Jonathan Skidmore, then with just seconds between them Paul Thwaites and Tony Holland. These four in turn claimed 1st male team prize narrowly beating NMH on countback! Great win lads.
First female home was Kirsty Struthers which should be enough for her to claim 1st lady in the road championships.
Prizes today must of being a close fight between us and NMH, did i mention we won team prize!? We also had in the M40 Jon Skidmore, Tony Holland, and Andrew Ackerley = Clean sweep. Other prizes went too Paul Thwaites who was 1st in his category, and Kev Mc. Gavin Struthers was 3rd in his age cat. With the ladies Kath Blakey secured 3rd place in her cat. Sorry if i missed anybody else.
Oh one last prize i nearly forgot about, DOTD = Paul Mcgough for missing the start of the race!
