Peter and RIchard will be holding a nymac relays time trial on Thursday 21st April.
Meet at Stewart Park for 18:30 at the relay start point. You should be warmed up ready to start for 18:30.

Anyone wanting to meet at the Squash club meet at 18:05, to set of at 18:10 for a warm-up run down there.
