There’s almost too much success spread amongst the 70 Nymac members who ran on Saturday:
* Six of the first 10 places at Stewart Park where 44 runners turned out, along with many Swift Tees members to see the fundraising cheque from the Hemlington relay being presented to David Ainsley. Special mention to Jack Hustwitt (1st), Darren Wood (2nd), Richard Atkins (3rd), Paul Thwaites (5th), Paul McGough (8th) and Lee Morgan (9th). Laurence Taylor set a new Age Category Record (previously held by me) and Chris Ward got a new pb.
* Joe Blackett took First place at Brotton.
* Richard Barnes completed his 250th run at scenic Castle Howard where the only other Club member running was Iain Hall.
* Robert and Joanna Moore ran at the first event in Tapijn , bar Maastricht in Holland where Robert became the first ever finisher and Joanna second woman.
