My name is Lynn and I work for ‘Jane Tomlinson’s Run for All’ who are organising the 2018 Yorkshire Marathon/10 mile on Sunday 14th October.
I am contacting you as a few members of your running club are taking part in this event.
We are looking for volunteers for the event. Roles available include route marshals, giving out goody bags, medals and water and helping out at information points and the race office.
I wondered if any family and friends who are coming to support your runners would like to volunteer with us. All volunteers would receive a t-shirt and goody bag. We would also be able to offer you some free places in a 10k event of your choice. All of the 10k events organised by us are on our website at www.runforall.com.
