From Wales to England and back.

Phil and Kerry Jarvis celebrated their 350th and 250th Parkruns in some style. Wearing yet another set of new T shirts, they took on the Severn Bridge event which starts in Wales, near Chepstow, crosses the ‘old’ bridge into England and then returns back to the start. It was a day of many miles travelled, several new events as well as first places for Andrew Pearson at Albert Park and Kirsty Struthers at Stewart. Along with Mark Behrens at Stewart, Kirsty also set a new pb.
Nymac members swelled the turnout at some very popular events: David Abrook was one of 791 at Cannon Hill, Paul Levett, Mark Edwards and Bref O’Rourke among 637 at Fountains Abbey and Catherine McShane among 636 at Birkenhead.
Others out there touring were, inevitably, Gareth Wilson at Peterborough, Iain Hall at Normanby Hall with William and Sharon Gayter enjoying Meadowmill. The cows having been removed from the field, I got to enjoy the view of the Castle at The Pastures, Alnwick.
