The group was formed naturally by long standing club members who still liked to get together to do something on the hills even though most of us will probably never run again due to various injuries picked up over the years. We walk regularly on Tuesday evenings, usual start 6:15-6:30pm till 8:30pm and Sunday mornings 9:00am start for a 2-3 hour walk somewhere on the North York Moors. Also some of us go for bike rides, both road and mountain biking, usually Thursday or Friday mornings.
