Fell Update May 2013
27/5 Meet at
Guisborough Rugby Club
3/6
Meet outside the Tourist Information kiosk at the car park at Great
Ayton
4 NYMAC runners completed the course,
which is a feat in itself within the time limits at the check
points.
Gary Thoms got round in an impressive
4.14.13, Gary Burnip 4.37.28, Sam Healy 4.40.53 and Di Jobson
5.08.04. Well done all! It’s a great event, a
significant step up from the local fell races but the route finding
is pretty straightforward so for those who regularly do the local
fell races and are looking for a new challenge it might be worth
thinking about for next year.
First NYMAC runner home was road man
Wayne Boutell (what’s happening!) in 26th in 1.40.26.
Well done
The final counter in the local Winter
Series and our top runner on the day was Bryan Saysell in 16th
backed up by Mark Edwards in 46th, Paul Lyons in 79th
and David Murphy in 88th he led NYMAC to 7th
in the team competition. Viv Murphy was our sole female runner
finishing in 87th.
Our top overall male runner was Brendan
Anglim who performed solidly over the winter to take 18th
and 5th in his category. Caroline Graham impressed
with 12th overall in the ladies competition and 4th
in the Open Female category. Other top 10 performers were:
Julian Barwick 2nd in M50, Mark Edwards and Paul
Lyons who were 5th and 10th respectively in
the M55, Mike Shaw and Eddie Meehan who were 4th and 9th
in the M60, Doug Welsh and Richard Clarke who were 6th
and 7th on the M65, Di Jobson who was 6th in
the F40 and Sharon Gayter who was 8th in the F45.

Club member Gareth Wilson is organising the Roseberry Romp fell race on 30th May, starting at 7PM. The race is approximately 5 miles.
Entry is only £4 and all finishers will get some cake.
Please come along and support the race which is a good advert for the club.

Fell Update April 2013
Firstly apologies for having to delay the proposed evening fell runs. I have an ongoing calf problem which doesn’t seem to want to go away. I have decided not to do the 3 Peaks so I am aiming now to start them in May as long as I come through the Stockton Duathlon relatively unscathed. I am now proposing to move them to Monday evenings starting at 6.30, rotating between Pinchinthorpe, Great Ayton and Guisborough Rugby Club. I’ll commit to doing 4 and then review after that depending on interest. They will be easy paced, with re grouping points, so targeted towards those new to fell running. I will probably struggle to keep up at that!
Fell Championship Latest
There were two counters for the club fell championship in March. Frustratingly (for me among others I suspect) the Blakey Blitz was cancelled due to the weather. The Hardmoors 55 did go ahead though and saw excellent performances from Simon Deakin who was 3rd overall and 2nd in category and from Martin Deitrich who was 4th Male 50 and 23rd overall. Frustratingly the results don’t state the club so if any other NYMAC runners did this race please could they email me to let me know so I can add your results to the fell championship.
Simon’s 2nd place in category moves him into the joint competition lead with Paul Lowe and Mark Edwards. The counting race for April is the Guisborough Moors race on Sunday.
Local Race updates
Pinchinthorpe Plod – 7th April. Brendan Anglim continued his impressive form to finish 9th and 3rd in category with Julian Barwick cementing his place in the lead of the M50 winter series with 17th overall and 2nd in category. Gary Burnip 29th and 3rd in category and Mark Edwards in 44th brought the A team home in 3rd with the B team of Paul Lyons 63rd, William Gayter 66th, Mike Shaw 81st and David Murphy 86th coming 7th. It was also good to see a strong performance from the NYMAC women with Sharon Gayter 59th, Caroline Graham 73rd, Georgie Hill 75th and Viv Murphy in 87th getting 4th in the team competition.
There are just two races left in the Esk Valley winter series, an overview of NYMAC performances will be given in the next update.
The Cleveland Survival also took place organised by the Mountain Rescue Team. Here’s a link to the results http://www.clevelandmrt.org.uk/resultslist.php?id=26 It doesn’t list club but I know that many NYMAC runners took part and put in good performances, well done all.

Three NYMAC runners were at the Haweswater half marathon at Bampton near Carlisle on Sunday 3rd February. Conditions were pretty good, not too cold and very little breeze. This is quite a tough, undulating course, with a long downhill to the waterside then turn round and straight back up again. Strangely enough, the uphill seemed easier than the downhill on this occasion. At the finish, we were presented with a commemorative mug (yet another useless giveaway), and a free cup of tea if we were prepared to wait in a long queue. I wasn’t.
Wayne Bouttell lead the way for NYMAC, finishing in 16th place in a field of 484 in a time of 1hr 21mins, which was a good effort for his first time at this race. I finished in 1hr 38mins, well off a PB but 4 minutes better than last year. I always say I hate this race due to the hills, and yet I’ve run it 6 times now.
Fell Update March 2013
I was expecting some stiff competition for the Fell Manager’s post at February’s AGM but no one stepped forward when nominations were asked for, unless you count the tumbleweed that rolled across the stage. So it looks like you’re stuck with me for the next year.
Fell Championship Latest
There were no counting races for the club championship during February but there are two events in March, the Hardmoors 55 Ultra marathon on Saturday March 23rd and Blakey Blitz on the following day March 24th. So come the end of March the championship will begin to take shape, I’ll continue to provide updates.
Local Race updates
Broughton Woods Wobble – 5th Feb. When I did the update for February I couldn’t view the result for some reason, but now you can. Brendan Anglim was 12th overall and second in category with Stefan McLoughlin 28th and Julian Barwick in 40th taking the A team to 7th place. Ian Higgins 68th Eddie Meehan 76th Mike Shaw 95th and Richie Clarke 97th also qualified a B team in 12th place.
Commondale Clart – 17th Feb. Apparently some of the front runners got lost leaving NYMAC member Joe Blackett to take victory. Unfortunately (for us not Joe) Joe runs for Dark Peak when he runs fell. Nevertheless Stefan McLoughlin claimed an excellent 4th place with Juilan Barwick in a solid 22nd, Ian Higgins 50th and Eddie Meehan 64th (and second in category) bringing the NYMAC home in 6th place. Other NYMAC performances were: Phil Hughes-Narb’gh in 73rd, Paul Lyons in 75th and Mike Shaw in 87th
Glaisdale Rigg – 3rd March. A great run by Brendam Anglim saw him take 13th place to head the NYMAC runners. Paul Christon (me) returned to some sort of form to take 19th, while Stefan McLoughlin narrowly held off Julian Barwick (who unsportingly tried to sneak up on his younger rival at the finish!) to take 33rd place with Julian in 34th. Gary Thoms was rugby tackled to the floor by a rival runner about a yard short of the finish line but recovered to take 53rd place with Paul Lyons (80th) Sharon Gayter (98th) husband William Gayter (100th) and Graham Tyerman (101st) completing the NYMAC performances in a field of 132. The men’s A team took 4th with the B team in 11th of 16 teams.
Winter series latest – with 3 races still to go Julian Barwick is doing us proud leading the M50 category, Mike Shaw is 3rd in the M60, Brendan Anglim is 4th in the M40. Meanwhile in the ladies Caroline Graham is 3rd in the female open category and Di Jobson is 6th in the F40. Good performances all.

Feet in the Clouds by Richard Askwith
If I were to recommend any book on fell running, or any type of running actually, it would be this book. I read it when it came out in 2005 and it inspired me to have a go despite being past my prime! It’s a mixture of running obsession and fell running history but is very skilfully written. I know that a few people in the club have read it and have a copy if anyone wants to borrow it. The section on Joss Naylor alone is worth getting a copy for, it’ll make you feel guilty for ever complaining about being too tired to get out and do a run, which is a good thing, I think!?
Reports
If anyone would like to write anything about their fell running experiences, whether it’s a race they’ve done or something else, then please send it to me or directly to Jeff Belt at the club and we’ll put it on the site or the next update depending on what you prefer.
Wednesday Evening Runs from April
There has been some interest so I still plan to do these, it would be good to get a bit more interest though. I’ll put a separate entry on the website nearer the time.
Thanks

Race report: St
Wilfrid’s Muddy Boots 10k Ripon 10th February
This was the first time I’d run this race, but the
“muddy” part sounded fun. In reality, a large part of the race was on
road. Always difficult to know what footwear to use for mixed terrain
races, as good trail shoes tend to wear rather quickly on tarmac, and
road shoes have poor grip on mud etc. Anyway, I decided on the former
thankfully. Fairly undulating, but acceptable, even to me! The muddy
sections were really slippery. A cool start, but not too cold to wear
shorts and T shirt, and even the gloves were removed at about 4 miles.
The array of homemade cakes etc. in the school hall at the finish was
quite something. Unfortunately, an elite athlete such as myself could
not partake, and immediately went home for an ice bath. There were 329
finishers, only Bob Howe and myself from NYMAC unfortunately. The winner
was Jack Simpson from Leeds AC in 34’57”, and I finished close behind in
49’00”, clearly pushing the eventual winner all the way! Bob finished in
56’29”. All in all, a race I would do again.

Fell Update February 2013
Fell Championship Latest
There have now been 2 qualifying races, the Captain Cooks fell race and the Hardmoors 30 which were both held on New Year’s Day. Remember it’s 20 points for a win in category (for the races that are categorised) then going down in descending order 19 for second and so on. The Hardmoors 30 results don’t list the club so if any one in the club did this race please let me know and I’ll work out their age cat position and make sure it gets included in the championship. Early leaders from the Captain Cooks race are Mark Edwards and Paul Lowe in the men’s with 19 points each and Di Jobson in the women’s with 16 points.
Wednesday nights from April
From April, if there’s enough interest, I am thinking of organising some off road runs. The summer fell series races are on Wednesday evenings so I thought that we could recce the route the week before. Pace would be easy so suitable for those new to fell running. For other weeks we could plan some off rood training runs, again aimed at those new to running off road, so there would be regrouping so people don’t get lost! Let me know if this interests you.
3 Peaks
Entries are now open and stop when it reaches 1,000. It currently stands at 777 so if there are if you are looking to enter you’ll probably need to do it in the next week to be on the safe side. Here’s the link http://www.threepeaksrace.org.uk/index.html
Broughton Woods Wobble – 5th Feb
The results are listed as being on the Esk Valley site but when I click on the link nothing happens, so I’ll provide an overview in next months update.
Local Fell Round Up
Eskdale Eureka, 2nd December
Kevin McLoughlin took 13th in the Eskdale Eureka, with Julian Barwick in 36th and Mark Edwards in 44th. I decided not to run having hurt my back the day before so felt somewhat guilty when we did not qualify a men’s team (can’t remember if this has happened before?) having only three counters. Happily the women did with Di Jobson coming home in 67th overall backed up by Caroline Graham in 79th and so took 3rd in the women’s team competition.
Guisborough Woods, 27th December
Kevin McLoughlin was once again our top performer as he took 16th place with Jon Parker taking an excellent 19th, Gareth Wilson in 30th and Chris Jeffries in 31st to bring the A team home in second place on a new 2 lap route due to tree felling. A great turnout for the club at this event with us also qualifying a B and a C team.
Captain Cooks, New Year’s Day
A great effort by Nymac qualifying 3 men’s and 2 women’s teams in a huge field of competitors who had to negotiate icy tarmac and lots of mud. We won the men’s team competition narrowly from York Knavesmire and I redeemed myself being 4th counter after not turning up for the Eureka race. Meanwhile the women’s A team performed excellently and were only denied 2nd place by the narrowest of margins. Paul Lowe pushed Jim Bulman all the way to finish 2nd and Kevin McLoughlin continued his current run of good form to take 13th. Other notable performances were: Wayne Boutell in 18th, Eddie Meehan 3rd in his age cat, Mark Edwards 2nd in his age cat and Di Jobson who was the first Nymac woman home.
This was the first counter in the new 2013 NYMAC fell championship. 20 points will be awarded for an age cat win, 19 for second and so on down to 1 point for 20th or below, with your 6 best results to count from the events previously mentioned on the site. I’ll publish an interim table after once we are a few races in.
Results for all the above can be found at: http://www.eskvalleyfellclub.org/results.htm

NYMAC Fell Championship 2013
Next year we will be introducing a fell championship for the club. For the first year it will just consist of local races to encourage members and those new to fell running to get involved. Depending on how successful it is we might include races outside the local area next year and also set a more challenging qualification in terms of Fell Running Association (FRA) categories, but to start with we will keep it simple! I will give regular updates throughout the year.
Details of qualification criteria are below:
Top 6 results to count from a combination of any of the below:
· Captain Cooks
· Blakey Blitz
· Guisborough Moors
· Fox and Hounds Chase
· Ossy Oiks
· Gribdale Gallop
· Guisborough Grunt
· Roseberry Topping
· Guisborough 3 Tops
· Clay Bank West
· Eskdale Eureka
(from the Esk Valley series)
· Bransdale Fell Race
· Hanging Stone Leap
· Osmotherley Phoenix
· Pathfinder
· Any of the Hardmoors series 30, 55, 60,110.
Scoring
Overall place will count from the Hardmoors series, Hanging Stone, Ossy Phoenix and the Pathfinder, for the others it is the age category placing that will count, this will make the competition as open as possible. If scores are tied for the best 6 races then it will go to the 7th best, then 8th and so on until a clear winner is found.

This is a great race. 10mile road race.
Circumnavigating Derwentwater in the Lake District.
This race starts in the market place at Keswick,
goes along Borrowdale, crosses the bridge at Grange and back along the
road at the base of Catbells, through Pontinscale and back to Keswick.
Sunday saw excellent weather. Blue skies, no wind, sun and a good
covering of snow on the mountain tops! It was warm enough for shorts and
vest (and gloves).
Only 2 NYMac members competed.
Ken Farrell 1:12:29 (1st
Male over 60)
Diane Jobson 1:14:37 (3rd in category)
Winning time was Yared Hagos in an amazing time of
49:54.
There is a £200 prize for anyone beating the course
record (49:05 by the chap above) and ladies of 56:23.
There appears to be some good cash prizes in the top age group categories, but only expect 2 cups of water if you are not within the prizes!!
Fantastic scenery and virtually traffic free as so many runners, cars have difficulty passing. There was another good turnout for the second NYSD cross country race with the club finsishing a creditable 4th overall in the senior mens race, held at Whitby on Saturday.
Paul Lowe was first member home (again) in 32:54, to finish fourth overall and first V40 again, with Ricky Stevenson winning outright. Chris Dunne was hot on is heels again to finish just behind in 8th place. The remaining team finishers were,

Since the initial post for Sunday's X\C some errors have been rectified in the results and we have now been relegated to second position instead of 1st, still a very good performance though.
The first cross country race in this years NYSD league got off to a great start for the club finsishing 2nd overall in the senior mens race, with an excellent turnout in excess of ten runners. The race was held on a muddy course at the Acorn Centre in Acklam.
Paul Lowe was first member home in 38:25 for the 6.5 mile course, to finish second overall and first V40. Chris Dunne was a further 25 seconds behind in 6th place. The remaining team finishers were,

The next race is at Whitby on Saturday 27th October.
Full results can be found here.
This years Loftus Poultry run now has online entry at the following website.
The Ripon Muddy Boots 10k will take place on 10th February 2013, entry form available here.
The club had a big turnout for one of its target road races at the Redcar Half Marathon. Despite windy conditions there were plenty of good performances with Alisdair Tatham first member home in 1:19:22, followed closeley by Martin Murray with another good performance.
Barely two minutes seperated Wayne Bouttell, Tom Gibbons, Paul McGough and David Watkins to give the club 6 people in the top 50.

Epic Events who organise the Lakeland 100/50 are
organising a new series of races in 2013, the Montane Ultra Trail 26 series!
The events are marathon distance trail races for all ability levels with
basic navigation skills required. The first event takes place at Grizedale
Forest in Cumbria on Sunday 18th November 2012, with further events at
Rivington, Lancashire on March 24th 2013 and Howgills, Yorkshire on May 26th
2013. For more information go to
www.ultratrail26.com
We've also received the following from the North East Marathon club regarding several local trail marathons in 2013.
This is just to inform you that, following the success of this year's
inaugural "Tour of Northumbria," the North East Marathon Club will
be organising this series of marathons again in 2013. The "Tour"
consists of 4 reasonably priced, low-key, trail marathons in 4 separate,
scenic locations within the North East. These are at Druridge Bay,
Hamsterley, Northumberland Coast & Newcastle Town Moor, (for which we
collaborate with NEVAC) At £15 entry fee all are good, value-for-money
events with special awards for anyone who completes all 4.
The first of these events, the Druridge Bay Marathon on Sunday April
14th 2013 is now open for entries. I would be grateful if you could
bring this to the attention of your club members and have attached a
copy of the entry form to this email. Further details and access to
entry forms are available on our website
www.northeastmarathonclub.co.uk Information on the other 3 marathons
in the series will also be available on the website once final
arrangements for these have been confirmed.
If anyone is interested in trying their hand at orienteering a regular Monday night session will be starting on 1st October, sessions start at Swainby Village Hall and cost £2.
More information can be found in this flyer (requires Powerpoint).
More information now available at the following website.

Congratulations to Ken Wilson for smashing the clubs M70 10K record at the Victorian 10K in Saltburn in July, knocking 15 minutes off the previous record held by Mark Adlard for nearly 5 years.
Despite the time he was actually disappointed with his race, the time would have place him in the top fifth in the recent Middlesbrough 10k.
This years Richmond Castle 10K will be held on Sunday 14th October, online entries are available at www.swaledaleroadrunners.co.uk.
The race is a tough 10K but mostly on road, hopefully we can get some team recognition if 3 or more people enter.
Eddie Meehan has submitted some photo's of the recent Castleton Show Run, they can be found here.
Results will be on the event website http://www.castletonshowrun.btck.co.uk/ at some point soon.
Tom Wall has sent in the following reports from the Middlesbrough 10K and Autumn 5K races.
There were also the two following articles on Matty's 10K win in local papers.
Eddie Meehan took the following photo's of Tuesday nights uphill mile race.
Results can be found here.
Matty Hynes continued his excellent form by winning the 2012 Middlesbrough 10K beating Yared Hagos again by 7 seconds to finish in 30:11. Plenty of other good results by club members, with a huge club turnout, on a good day for running.
Eddie Meehan has submitted some photos of various members coming over the finish line, they can be found here.
Full results can be found here. If anyone managed a PB or has a report please send it in.
Congratulations to Matty Hynes for outsprinting Yared Hagos to first place at the recent Ray Harrison 10k in Billingham, also breaking Martin Scaife's five year old club 10K record finishing in 29:55. The records page will be updated in the coming days.
Plenty of other good results by club members, and Tom Wall has sent in this race report.
Full results can be found here.
An updated road training plan has now been provided by Paul McGough, Tuesday sessions are at Clairville with a choice of track or road sessions, Thursdays are at Nunthorpe Squash Club.
The full training plan can be found here.
There was a good club turnout at the recent Darlington 10K, first member home again was Martin Murray in 36:39 with Andrew Dobson not far behind. Sharon Gaytor was the sole lady member finishing just outside 44 minutes.
Full results can be found here.
Gareth Wilson organised the recent Bransdale Fell Race on 9th August, he was also first club member home in eighth place overall, and helped raise money for the Zoe's place charity.
Full results can be found here.
The Northern Men's 6 stage road relays and Ladies 4 stage road relays take place on Saturday 22nd September at Leigh Sports Village, Leigh, Lancashire (Just past Bolton). The men's race starts at 14:00 and each stage is 6k, the ladies race starts at 14:05 and each stage is 4.9k.
The club will pay the entry fee for both races if we can get enough people for teams, but matching club colours must be worn. The events are good fun and all abilities are welcome. Car sharing will be possible to keep costs down.
If you are interested speak to Paul McGough at training or email nymac2011@hotmail.com
Just a reminder that the club uphill mile fell race will now take place on Tuesday 4th September and not August 21st at Bank Foot, the race is about 5K in total (not 10k as previously advertised) and begins with a timed uphill 1 mile section.
We have also booked the Dudley Arms for a Pie and Peas
supper afterwards. The cost will be £3.20 and the meal will be served
between
8-8.30pm. Please let me Doug Welsh know asap if you want a meal after the
race.
Update: the race will start at approximately 7pm, if anyone is willing to help with marshalling speak to Doug. For more information contact Doug Welsh by email or at a race or training.
Tuesday night training sessions are all now based at Clairville Stadium, instead of alternating with Nunthorpe Squash club. The training page has been updated for 14th & 28th August.
Club members have been involved in several recent races with plenty of 10k races on offer.
At the Darlington Pit Stop 10k at Croft circuit Gareth Wilson was first member home in 37.17 and 8th place, Wayne Bouttell pipped Jon Parker by 7 seconds to finish 19th & 21st respectively.
The Club had four entrants in this years race, described as ‘challengingly undulating’ by the organisers. Jon Skidmore, Nick Simmons, Bill Ferguson and Di Jobson all gave up the competing attractions of Andy Murray and Formula 1 in favour of afternoon tea at Kilburn and the chance to set pbs over the unusual distance of 7 miles 351 yards.
Over 260 runners found themselves in a warm ,
muggy microclimate near The White Horse ready to tackle a very scenic route
taking in Coxwold, Bylands Abbey and the Mouseman woodworking museum. At
least the scenery took the mind off the effects of the hills.
Gareth Wilson is organising the Bransdale Fell Race on 9th August starting at 7:15pm, now named Tom’s Bransdale Fell Race in memory of a colleague who helped organised the first race and sadly passed away earlier in the year.
The race is approximately 7.5 miles with over 1400ft of climbing so a good workout. Entries are £5 on the night with £1 of each entry going to the Zoe's place charity, and there is cake for all finishers.
More information can be found here here.
The club fielded a men's and ladies team at the recent Cleveland Way Relay, organised by Martin Dietrich. With the ladies team winning a two-horse race with Billingham Marsh House. The men's team finished third overall. Results are here.
Martin has also sent in the following race report.
Thanks to Martin for organising the event again.
Eddie Meehan has sent the following few words about the olympic torch parade that passed through Teesside and North Yorkshire recently, with Doug and Sharon taking part.
After an excellent turn out from North York Moors AC
for the 5.45 am ‘Dawn Run’ that seemed to have all the faces of an Albert
Park Parkrun
and a NYMAC training night put together, the Olympic torch left
Middlesbrough’s Transporter Bridge for Redcar where NYMAC member and
ultra distant record holder Sharon Gayter carried the Olympic torch for her
stint as one of the honoured 8000. A little further on at Carlin
How fellow NYMAC member and prolific schools sports promoter Doug Welsh did
his 300-metre run with the torch.
Some photo's are available here.
The Ryedale run will take place on 2nd September at 9:30am. A great warm up race for the Great North Run or Redcar Half marathon later in the month. Lots of prizes available (for advance entries only). Entry limit is 350 and it cost £12.
More information and an entry form here.

The club had a good turnout at the recent Newton Aycliffe 10K with John Skidmore first man home in 36:23, finishing 16th overall and just pipping Martin Murray by 1 second. There were also PB's for Mike Hobson and Paul Gamble.
Full results can be found here.
There were 3 NYMAC
runners in the Blaydon Race on Saturday, results can be found here > http://www.joelee.co.uk/2012/blaydon12results.pdf.
For once the weathermen got it right, very
wet was the prediction for Saturday and sure enough stood on the Start line
the rain began to start falling, at first it seemed perfect running
conditions, little or no wind and gentle rain. The Start was a real free for
all and experienced runners stood shoulder to shoulder with runners hoping
to finish without stopping. The Start was slightly delayed and through the
first mile it was difficult to get into a rhythm, roads were narrow and full
of twists and turns leading up to the life centre, hen parties and stag
weekends shouted encouragement as the 4000 runners passed close to nearby
pubs. Once the run got onto the wider scottswood road people were able to
get into there race pace and the field thinned out, but it was then the
heavens opened and the downpour started. At one point the race threatened to
become a swim as runners battled against ankle deep water, spectators turned
out in there 3's and 4's to shout encouragement covered in waterproofs,
bands played from under bridges and the St John's ambulance took cover in
bus shelters, for a good mile the rain bounced up inches off the road
leaving the runners and the few brave spectators alike completely soaked.
The rain eased as the final mile came into sight and a larger number of
spectators greeted the runners after a tight twisty mile. As the the finish
line came into view runners came upon the final hurdle as the last 100 yards
were on grass, it was more like a marsh after the first few hundred people
had been over it and spectators told tales of falls and trips on the wet
slippy surface. Once past the finish line a welcome dry t shirt, goody bag
including a bottle of beer and black pudding for those brave enough to eat
it greeted the runners.
Over all, it was a very flat course and 3
excellent times from the NYMAC participants despite the weather.
Please see the attached spreadsheet about training sessions for the coming months, sessions are road & track, excellent speedwork sessions.
The prices for the track are as follows;
£2.25 - Under 17 years (members)
£2.85 - Under 17 years (non members)
£3.60 - 18 years and Over (members)
£4.20 - 18 years and Over (non members)
In order to become a member, Adult memberships are £14.00 and Junior is £4.00 for the year
Membership forms can be picked up from reception.
Update: Road Training page now ammended.
