All, in an attempt to encourage more
participation the best THREE results will
now count towards the Championship and athletes MUST compete in at least one
5 km, one 10 km and one 10 mile. Therefore any NYM members who haven't
competed in a championship race yet can still be eligible if they do the
last three championship races. The following categories will apply: Senior / Overall Men The first 10 NYM.AC finishers in each race will receive points. Ten points for the first finisher down to one point for the tenth finisher and all subsequent finishers after 10th place (in each category and overall). The Championship will be decided upon the best points gained at each of the 3 distances, for each age category and also overall. Good luck to everyone and enjoy! Cheers,
